The flexible hand makes it easier to fill, ensure the handle is firmly in the upright position before placing the kettle on the heat source to avoid the handle overheating. 

Suitable for Electric Hob, Ceramic Glass cooktop, Gas Hob and Induction Hob, avoid using the boost function as it should only be used for rapid heating large volumes of water. 

On the first use fill, boil and discard the water, wash with warm soapy water after every use and dry thoroughly to prevent any mineral build up. To remove any build up fill the kettle to the maximum mark level with a mixture of 50% water and 50% white vinegar and allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Don't fill above the marked line.

Lift on and off instead of sliding to prevent damaging the base or the surface once off rest on a heat resistant surface when hot for a few seconds before serving and never tip upside down. Clean after every use, using neutral detergent and avoid using abrasive scrubbers or detergents.
