Last date for delivery before Christmas for In Stock items is 12pm on Tuesday 19th December. All orders received between 20th and the 22nd December will be delivered within 7 working days from 27th December.
Any orders received on 23rd - 31st December will be delivered within 7 working days from 3rd January 2024.
Standard Parcel Delivery
When using our standard delivery service, our nominated courier (DPD) will deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days of placing your order (subject to stock availability)

Larger orders for more than 6 Large Parcels will be delivered by our dedicated furniture delivery service.
Please note: Your goods will be shipped when all of your items are in stock. If you would like your items to be dispatched separately, please contact us on 0161 681 5678 to arrange this. Please be advised further shipping charges will be applied.
DPD will contact you to confirm your delivery by text giving you a one hour delivery window.
If the time is not convenient, you can use the text message to change the delivery dates or have the parcel left safely with a neighbour
Where possible, please supply a mobile number so you can receive the text message notification from the courier company or in case we need to contact you about your order
Smaller items are typically classed as those items under 10kg in weight, however exceptions to this rule do occur based on the nature of the product involved
We regret that we are unable to offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside of the UK
Standard delivery is usually within 3 working days, we aim to deliver your order within this time frame, however, on rare occasions, some items may take longer to deliver, for example to the far north of Scotland and Off Shore Islands can take up to 3 working days longer to be delivered.
