CHRISTMAS COLLECTION SCHEDULE
Our Collection Service over the Christmas/New Year period is dependent on our store/distribution centre opening hours. Please click here to view them.
Please also be aware that we need a minimum 2 hours from our opening time to pick your order ready for collection and to avoid any waiting around on your part.

Free click and collect service
When you place your order online you can choose to collect your goods.
We have two collection points; a customer collection area at the Distribution Centre, and a customer collection point at the right hand side of the Home Furnishing store on our retail park.
We will contact you when your order is ready for you to collect and advise you at which of the two locations your order is.
Please bring a copy of the order confirmation email, some form identification and the credit/debit card you paid by with you when you come to collect your order. If you paid by PayPal please bring an additional proof of identity such as your photo driving licence.
Please Note: All goods must be collected within 14 days of placing your order (This applies to click and collect orders only)

For orders placed between 9am and 2pm, your goods will usually be ready to collect within 2 hours of placing your order. If ordering after 2pm your order should be ready to collect from 10am the next day.

In the event that you are ordering goods that have yet to arrive in stock, then your goods will need to be collected within 14 days of us contacting you to confirm that your purchases are ready to collect
If we are unable to contact you or you fail to collect your goods within this timeframe, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
If you have a reason why you cannot collect your order within this timescale (e.g. moving house), please contact us on 0161 681 5678 to discuss your options.

What if it I haven't received notification that my order is ready to collect?
We try hard to ensure that all customers are notified as quickly as possible when their order is ready for collection. When placing your order online all lead times are located on the product pages and the information provided here is given in good faith and are approximate but are often based on information provided by our suppliers. If we are given information suggesting that we will not meet the timescales we initially provided to you, we will contact you with an update as soon as possible.
If you have been waiting for your order longer than expected, please call us on 0161 681 5678 and we will be more than happy to provide you with an update.
