The Kuhn Rikon Easy Induction 28cm Work is ideal for those who want a reliable, durable Wok. Made from forged aluminium this work is built to last. The properties of aluminium allow the pan to heat up evenly, leaving no hot spots, and its stay cool handle is a great help when moving the pan around the kitchen.
Great for cooking a variety of foods from cooking dinner, to stir-fry, rice dishes or even for making meals such as a bolognese, the list goes on!
The pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and is even suitable for the oven up to 220°C. The pan has 5mm thick, warp resistant base and also has a 3 layer non stick coating that is reinforced with titanium particles.
