This wonderful set of colour coordinated chopping boards come with a matching knife, ideal for cutting specific products, with precision. Each non-slip chopping board has an icon and is colour coordinated to prevent cross-contamination. Red is used for cooked meats, White is used for cooked food, Blue is for raw fish, Green is for vegetables.
The knives use the Joseph Joseph Elevate technology, it keeps your knife blade lifted above the surface it is rested on, and improves hygiene and removes mess. Each knife blade is made from high quality, Japanese stainless steel. For safety and added longevity, the boards have a knife friendly surface, ensuring your knives don’t become damaged when using the board to cut.
