These wonderful kitchen knives are expertly crafted using Yoshikin unique composition of carbon, chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium. Each knife was designed by the expert Komin Yamada, whilst they get crafted in Japan.
Each knife is durable, and versatile, ideal for carrying out the most common kitchen cutting tasks. The dock has be developed to be a hygienic and safe alternative to your traditional knife block.
