Global 11cm Fluted Santoku Knife

The GS-57 Global Yoshikin Santoku is a small cleaning knife with an 11 cm long blade in Santoku form. The special feature of the GS-57 Global Yoshikin Santoku is the thicker handy handle, which makes the knife much more handy. It is ideal for larger hands. Furthermore, the small Santoku has a fluted cut which enables the food to not adhere to the blade.
