The divan bases in this collection feature an adjustable frame with a motorised function to offer adaptable and customisable support to different areas of the body; helping to promote better circulation, improve posture and aid in relieving minor aches and pains, especially in the back and lumbar region. The sprung shoulder zone in the base provides further support to the neck and head, whilst the sprung slats adjust to the regions where weight is exerted to ensure pressure is distributed evenly. Sliders allow this base to be tailorable to your optimum level of support and the divan base itself comes in a variety of colours with different headboards and sizes available in the drawers, which can be installed on the end or the sides of the bed to best suit your needs.
The Mitford mattresses in this collection are designed with Adaptive technology to keep you cool and dry and has the added benefit of fitting perfectly to the natural shape and contours of the body; helping to reduce tossing and turning in the night, so you can get a good night’s sleep. The item I am considering purchasing says, “ready to deliver in X weeks”. What does this mean?
The product that you are interested in could be made to order, be a bespoke item or is not currently in stock. Our lead times can vary depending on the item or items that you wish to purchase. The “ready to deliver” date is based on information we have received from our suppliers to estimate when we expect the goods to arrive to HU. This date is an approximation and whilst we do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you when promised, sometimes the unexpected can cause a delay. We will contact you with updates as any delays are known to us and in the meantime, you can always get a live update by contacting our Customer Care Team.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order arrives at HU, we will contact you to advise that your goods are ready to collect or to arrange a suitable delivery slot.
Part of my order is available; can this be sent to me?
Your goods will be shipped when all the items on your order are available for despatch.
The item I want to buy says “in stock” when will I receive this?
Our team always endeavour to get in stock items dispatched as quickly as possible working closely with our logistics division and partners. Smaller items will be dispatched via DPD and should be with you within 3-5 working days, larger items can take longer to deliver.
