With a naturally firmer feel, the Ortho Comfort Superbe Kingsize Mattress from Hypnos contains 100% natural and sustainable fibres that can be recycled at end of life, with a luxurious unbleached cotton and viscose Belgian damask sleep surface that helps keep you dry and cool at night. By responsibly sourcing its cotton, Hypnos are supporting continuing improvements for the environment cotton grows in and the farming communities who produce it.

The mattress contains a sumptuous layer of wool, traceable to farms that are assured by Red Tractor, providing natural breathability and temperature regulation, enhanced by a layer of PolyCotton. The Ortho Support Superbe Mattress also contains layers of Himalayan allo, kapok and cotton, all of which are award-winning, plant-based layer of breathable fibres. A resilient layer of eOlus™ recycled fibre provides a supportive foundation for pocket springs and top-layer fillings.

The Hypnos Ortho Comfort Superbe mattress features a ReActive™ 8-turn pocket spring system, which is a highly resilient quality spring unit giving firm but responsive body support and comfort. For ease of maintenance, this mattress is designed as a no-turn mattress. Simply rotate every two weeks for the first three months, and thereafter with the seasons.

The item I am considering purchasing says, “ready to deliver in X weeks”. What does this mean?

The product that you are interested in could be made to order, be a bespoke item or is not currently in stock. Our lead times can vary depending on the item or items that you wish to purchase. The “ready to deliver” date is based on information we have received from our suppliers to estimate when we expect the goods to arrive to HU. This date is an approximation and whilst we do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you when promised, sometimes the unexpected can cause a delay. We will contact you with updates as any delays are known to us and in the meantime, you can always get a live update by contacting our Customer Care Team.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once your order arrives at HU, we will contact you to advise that your goods are ready to collect or to arrange a suitable delivery slot.

 

Part of my order is available; can this be sent to me?

Your goods will be shipped when all the items on your order are available for despatch.

 

The item I want to buy says “in stock” when will I receive this?

Our team always endeavour to get in stock items dispatched as quickly as possible working closely with our logistics division and partners. Smaller items will be dispatched via DPD and should be with you within 3-5 working days, larger items can take longer to deliver.
