The fire comes with a remote included as standard. You are able to change the heat output, flame design, toggle the crackling wood sound and set the thermostat.
App Controlled
The app includes all the same features as the remote, and more! The app allows you to choose from the whole colour spectrum, it also gives you the ability to change the volume of the fire, download more flame effects and set automatic timers.
The DRU Virtuo
180 Clearview Holographic Electric Fireplace is ideal for both residential and
commercial use. The fireplace, with its innovative features, offers captivating
flame visuals mimicking the look of a real fireplace without the need of a chimney,
ventilation or gas installation or frequent maintenance. Complete with dancing
flames, flickering embers and a gentle glow, it makes this fireplace ideal for
restauraunts, hotels and bars, allowing you to create a warm and comforting
space for guests and customers. At the touch of a button, you can flick between
a variety of flame effects, fuel bed colours, brightness settings and heat
output, which can go from 0 to 2kW, allowing you to create your own ideal
ambience with ease. The integrated thermostat allows you to keep a consistent
temperature ensuring you have a consistent cosy climate.
The fire is
finished with a Clear View glass that is anti-reflective, providing yourself or
guests optimum views of the flames and providing you with additional clarity,
helping to sell the authentic fire look.

The product that you are interested in could be made to order, be a bespoke item or is not currently in stock. Our lead times can vary depending on the item or items that you wish to purchase. The “ready to deliver” date is based on information we have received from our suppliers to estimate when we expect the goods to arrive to HU. This date is an approximation and whilst we do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you when promised, sometimes the unexpected can cause a delay. We will contact you with updates as any delays are known to us and in the meantime, you can always get a live update by contacting our Customer Care Team.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order arrives at HU, we will contact you to advise that your goods are ready to collect or to arrange a suitable delivery slot.
Part of my order is available; can this be sent to me?
Your goods will be shipped when all the items on your order are available for despatch.
The item I want to buy says “in stock” when will I receive this?
Our team always endeavour to get in stock items dispatched as quickly as possible working closely with our logistics division and partners. Smaller items will be dispatched via DPD and should be with you within 3-5 working days, larger items can take longer to deliver.
