• The selection of products will be different on each day of the clearance event
  
• All items in the Warehouse Clearance Event are sold as seen
  
• All sales are final and non-refundable
  
• Only cash and card payments will be accepted
  
• Limited quantities are available
  
• We reserve the right to limit purchases per customer

• Our Distribution Centre is easily accessible by car being located just off the A6104 Hollinwood Avenue, one minute from Junction 22 of the M60. The nearest MetroLink station is Hollinwood.
