Our chefs seek out established and renowned bakers and butchers from our locality and beyond. We enjoy working with established producers to ensure that we always deliver quality produce.
Many of our local producers have supplied us for years. We are proud to have worked together with our local butcher to perfect the infamous ‘Wickentree Sausage’; our local baker for artisan bread and sourdough bread delivered fresh each day to make our sandwiches and breakfast rolls irresistible.
Our lunch and breakfast menus offer dishes to suit all diets and appetites, from light bites to indulgent comfort food. We provide thoughtful vegetarian and vegan options. Please ask our colleagues for advice on allergens and dietary requirements. We create amazing classic dishes with love and care with our bakers using traditional recipes to make the scones, cakes, pies, and tarts we have on display.
