Full Time Warehouse Assistant

We require a full time Warehouse Assistant to work in our Retail Stores. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Warehouse role, have a flexible approach, the ability to check products accurately and be willing to assist in a customer facing role.

 

Contract:    Permanent

 

Hours:    Minimum of 40 hours per week on a rota basis including weekends

 

Core Duties:

  • Ensure all items delivered are checked and are available for sales within 48 hours of their arrival following company policy.
  • Ensure any damaged or faulty items are identified and returned following company procedures.  
  • Follow Company procedures to maximise the effectiveness of Navision.     
  • Undertake any pricing or labelling of goods, as required.
  • Ensure stock locations are maintained in a logical order.
  • Ensure all goods are entered on to debit notes within 24 hours of arriving back in stores from the sales floors.
  • Support all retail areas regarding relocation of product in the showrooms and assist with any necessary re-stocking of departments.

We have an excellent opportunity a full time Furniture Delivery Driver to join our professional team.

As our Furniture Delivery Driver you will be the final stage of the customer buying experience, which means providing a premium service, ensuring that we meet our customer’s expectations every time. You will be responsible for checking, loading, delivering and assembling furniture within customer homes. Previous experience in a Warehouse role is preferred. Various vehicles are used for deliveries up to 7.5 tonne.

Training to be provided

The Juice Academy is a digital marketing Academy based in Castlefield, Manchester. They train 80 apprentices a year whilst the apprentices work with businesses around the North West. The training is delivered by industry professionals from their sister company, Tangerine Communications. The Juice Academy sessions will be completed remotely until safe to move back to face-to-face learning within the academy in Castlefield, apprentices will also receive the on the job training in the workplace. The final three months of the course will be the ‘assessment period’ during which apprentices are expected to produce a portfolio of work and complete a series of assessments. Full digital marketing training to be provided on-the-job and off-the-job. The Juice Academy partner with Apprentify, who support apprentices in the workplace through development coaching.
The qualification will include:
•    Level 3 Junior Content Producer
