The Quantum Santoku kitchen knife from Taylor's Eye Witness is ideal for medium to large sized vegetables and perfectly suited for cutting harder vegetables such as butternut squash. Versatile in nature, the Quantum Santoku is also suitable for cutting meats, fish and poultry. The high quality 17.5cm Damascus steel blade is combined with an ergonomic pakkawood handle, for optimal precision cutting and maximum comfort.

bladed products will be shipped with an Adult Signature required delivery
service. The courier may ask for proof of age or identification to complete the
delivery. If you are unable to provide valid identification or are under 18,
the courier will refuse delivery and return the item to us.
