The Madison is a captivating, realistic looking fire with a elegant and simplistic design; guaranteed to make a striking statement centrepiece in any room. The charming, textured white surround and hearth is contrasted beautifully by the characterful veins and blooms of the marble effect, di bosco chamber, lending the Madison a sophisticated aesthetic that will compliment and elevate a wide array of décors. Designed to fit easily against a flat wall, no recess or chimney is required for the installation of this fire. The suite comes with a 2kW heater, Optimyst® 600 flame effect heater and decorative logs. Imitating the appearance of a natural fire perfectly, the Optimyst® effect captures the beauty of a real fire with its 3D effect. An ultra-fine water mist rises up through the log bed, whilst a glowing light reflects and enriches the mist, creating a truly authentic look that echoes the characteristics of real flames and smoke.

The item I am considering purchasing says, “ready to deliver in X weeks”. What does this mean?
The product that you are interested in could be made to order, be a bespoke item or is not currently in stock. Our lead times can vary depending on the item or items that you wish to purchase. The “ready to deliver” date is based on information we have received from our suppliers to estimate when we expect the goods to arrive to HU. This date is an approximation and whilst we do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you when promised, sometimes the unexpected can cause a delay. We will contact you with updates as any delays are known to us and in the meantime, you can always get a live update by contacting our Customer Care Team.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order arrives at HU, we will contact you to advise that your goods are ready to collect or to arrange a suitable delivery slot.
Part of my order is available; can this be sent to me?
Your goods will be shipped when all the items on your order are available for despatch.
The item I want to buy says “in stock” when will I receive this?
Our team always endeavour to get in stock items dispatched as quickly as possible working closely with our logistics division and partners. Smaller items will be dispatched via DPD and should be with you within 3-5 working days, larger items can take longer to deliver.
