The Hypnos Pillow Supreme Cashmere provides a sumptuously soft and comfortable cushion of Wool, Cashmere and Solotex luxury cushioning above the supportive mattress. This luxury no turn mattress features a ReActive 8 pocket spring system. Each ReActive spring has 8 active turns, independently and actively sensing your shape and weight distribution, providing comfort and support exactly where you need it.

Upholstered with layers of non-allergenic white fibre and covered with the finest Belgian damask to provide an exquisite, soft and silky sleep surface, the Pillow Supreme Cashmere has been tailored with 2 rows of genuine hand side-stitching for additional edge-to edge support, and hand-tufted for longevity. Matched with a sprung divan with 1,000 pocket springs in a 150cm for additional deep comfort and support, or with a solid top divan for a firmer feel, this luxury divan will last for many years to come.

The item I am considering purchasing says, “ready to deliver in X weeks”. What does this mean?

The product that you are interested in could be made to order, be a bespoke item or is not currently in stock. Our lead times can vary depending on the item or items that you wish to purchase. The “ready to deliver” date is based on information we have received from our suppliers to estimate when we expect the goods to arrive to HU. This date is an approximation and whilst we do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you when promised, sometimes the unexpected can cause a delay. We will contact you with updates as any delays are known to us and in the meantime, you can always get a live update by contacting our Customer Care Team.

 

When will I receive my order?

Once your order arrives at HU, we will contact you to advise that your goods are ready to collect or to arrange a suitable delivery slot.

 

Part of my order is available; can this be sent to me?

Your goods will be shipped when all the items on your order are available for despatch.

 

The item I want to buy says “in stock” when will I receive this?

Our team always endeavour to get in stock items dispatched as quickly as possible working closely with our logistics division and partners. Smaller items will be dispatched via DPD and should be with you within 3-5 working days, larger items can take longer to deliver. Last date for delivery before Christmas for In Stock items is 12pm on 11th December 2023. Normal service will resume on Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
