The set contains five of Global's most popular knives, including the G-77 Chef’s knife, G-9 Bread knife, G-82 Carving knife, GS-36 Utility knife, Gs-38 Paring knife and GKS-210 Scissors. Made in Japan from Cromova18 Stainless Steel, the knives have a thicker blade for added strength and an ambidextrous thumb rest for extra comfort.
