Our delivery diary is now closed for Christmas. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 4th January 2022. Please contact us with any questions you have regarding your delivery.

National Furniture Delivery

If you live outside the North West we will arrange the delivery of your goods using our nominated National Courier company:

We regret that we are unable to deliver furniture and larger items to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, any Off Shore Islands, some remote mainland postcodes, or outside of the UK.

Exact delivery timescales will depend on your postcode and the next date our courier company has available in your area. Our furniture delivery couriers collect from us twice a week, and as soon as our courier has collected your goods from our distribution centre, they will telephone you to arrange a delivery date.

If you are purchasing an item that is currently in stock, delivery will normally be within 7-14 days of placing your order.

Please note that our nominated National Courier company will not deliver items assembled or assemble on your behalf. Items which require self-assembly are indicated on the product specifications area of the product page. ​Although, you may not be able to assemble the product immediately, please open and fully check your goods and in the unlikely event of ​any product being damaged or parts missing, please contact us on 0161 681 5678 within 24hours of delivery.

If your goods are not currently in stock, the date we expect your goods to arrive into our warehouse is shown on the product page before you place your order. As soon as your goods arrive in our warehouse we will arrange for your order to be collected by our National Courier who will be in touch with you to arrange the delivery of your order within 7-14 days of this date.

Please Note: After the delivery date is confirmed by text, email or telephone it is very important that someone is at the address to take delivery, if not there may be an additional delivery charge of up to £80.00.

Your goods will be shipped when all of your items are in stock. If you would like your items to be dispatched separately, please contact us on 0161 681 5678 to arrange this. Please be advised further shipping charges will be applied.

 

 

What if it has been longer than the estimated delivery time?

 

We try hard to ensure that all deliveries are made as quickly as possible. The delivery timescales we provide are given in good faith and are approximate but are often based on information provided to us by our suppliers. If we are given information suggesting that we will not meet the timescales we initially provided to you, we will contact you with an update as soon as possible.
