Mirror & Picture Delivery Service

Orders containing items such as mirrors, pictures require additional protection to prevent transit damage. Therefore we use a dedicated delivery service for these products:

1st Fragile Item Delivery Charge £29.00
Additional Fragile Item Delivery Charge £19.00


To qualify for the reduced delivery charge for each additional fragile item, all items must be included on the same order.

The actual day of delivery is dependent on your postcode. Our dedicated fragile delivery service will be in contact with you to arrange the day for your delivery.

Orders are collected from our warehouse every Tuesday & Friday by our delivery partner. We recommend placing your order before 4pm on Sunday and Wednesday to ensure that your order is properly prepared for dispatch and to avoid any disappointment with regards to the delivery of your order.

Once your order is collected from us, you will be contacted by to confirm the delivery date to your home, this will be within 10 days of collection from our warehouse. Please ensure that you provide a mobile number when placing your order.

Regrettably we are unable to arrange deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and some more remote locations in the UK.

Please Note: After the delivery date is confirmed by text, email or telephone it is very important that someone is at the address to take delivery, if not there may be an additional delivery charge of up to £80.00

What if it has been longer than the estimated delivery time?

We try hard to ensure that all deliveries are made as quickly as possible. The delivery timescales we provide are given in good faith and are approximate but are often based on information provided to us by our suppliers. If we are given information suggesting that we will not meet the timescales we initially provided to you, we will contact you with an update as soon as possible.
