Please note: For this fireplace to function at the full 4kW limit, you are required to plug the fire into two wall sockets. We strongly advise that you don't plug the fireplace into an extension lead due to the large power consumption, in doing so you are creating a potential fire hazard. Please ensure you refer to your instruction manual for setup and safety precautions. Always plug the fireplace directly into a wall outlet / receptacle.

The item I am considering purchasing says, “ready to deliver in X weeks”. What does this mean?
The product that you are interested in could be made to order, be a bespoke item or is not currently in stock. Our lead times can vary depending on the item or items that you wish to purchase. The “ready to deliver” date is based on information we have received from our suppliers to estimate when we expect the goods to arrive to HU. This date is an approximation and whilst we do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you when promised, sometimes the unexpected can cause a delay. We will contact you with updates as any delays are known to us and in the meantime, you can always get a live update by contacting our Customer Care Team.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order arrives at HU, we will contact you to advise that your goods are ready to collect or to arrange a suitable delivery slot.
Part of my order is available; can this be sent to me?
Your goods will be shipped when all the items on your order are available for despatch.
The item I want to buy says “in stock” when will I receive this?
Our team always endeavour to get in stock items dispatched as quickly as possible working closely with our logistics division and partners. Smaller items will be dispatched via DPD and should be with you within 3-5 working days, larger items can take longer to deliver.
