Will I need to organise my own fitter?

Housing Units have several teams of trusted Fitters who will undertake the complete renovation from start to finish. Each Fitting team will undertake all the removal, plumbing, plastering and tiling to the high standards you would expect from Housing Units. When the installation is complete your Housing Units Designer will call to finally check over the installation to guarantee your total satisfaction.

What if I want to use my own fitter, can I still book a design visit?

If you feel confident you have a Fitter that can undertake the work, we will happily design the bathroom for you and even speak to your installer. Should your fitter have any questions about the design, once the order is placed, we will email both the 2D & 3D plans to your Fitter.

How much will my new bathroom cost?

It is always difficult to establish the likely costs of any major project. Housing Units have prepared several examples of typical bathroom layouts which will give you a good indication of the likely costs, before you book your design visit.

Who do we contact if we have a problem with the bathroom after it's been fitted?

All after sales issues are handled by our award winning Customer Services team who will quickly establish the nature of the problem and if required they will arrange for your original installer to call back and rectify the problem. If replacement parts are required they will organize for these to be delivered and the installer to refit them.
