With Housing Units’ special delivery service you can be confident that your goods will arrive in perfect condition. All our full time delivery employees have been fully trained to give the best possible service making your delivery day a pleasurable experience. We understand your home is precious and we take extra care to ensure it stays that way.Delivery.

We have over a dozen Housing Units delivery vehicles which operate throughout the North West every day. When your goods are ready for delivery we will telephone you to arrange a convenient date and time (am or pm) for delivery. We will assemble and position your furniture in the room of your choice and remove all packaging. With 60 years experience you can be rest assured that you will receive the best treatment.

After Sales Service

Most of our business is by word of mouth and we pride ourselves in offering an after sales service that is second to none. We want to make sure that all of our customers are happy and we have a specialist team to ensure your satisfaction.

Customer Service Consultant

If you have any queries with your purchase we will arrange for our Customer Service Consultant to visit your home at a time to suit you. Backed up by a team of trained technicians, you can be confident that you will receive after-sales service like never before.

Delivery Charges

Our prices for delivery are for items purchased on the website only. Not all products on our website are available to buy online. When goods are purchased in the store you will be advised on the delivery charges.

Delivery by Housing Units In-house Delivery Service

On a number of products on the web site you will see: Only available in Housing Units Local Delivery Area. Please see delivery section for further information This means that this item will only be delivered in the following postcode areas. After placing your order on the site you will be contacted by phone to confirm a delivery date and time, which will be morning or afternoon. If you live in the post code areas covered you have the option also to collect your goods from our Distribution Centre which is free of charge.

Collect Goods

Place your order online and save the delivery charge by collecting your goods from our distribution centre. A member of the team will ring you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect. Please note that goods ordered on-line after 12pm Saturday and all day Sunday can not be collected from the Distribution Centre till Monday. Goods ordered on Bank Holidays can be collected on the next available working day.

I want to return my goods

The Goods are broken:

If your goods have arrived broken we do apologise, unfortunately accidents do happen from time to time. Please ring our Help Line and we will arrange for your goods to be collected. Please see our Internet Returns Policy

The Goods are not suitable:

We appreciate that sometimes goods arrive and you do not like them for whatever reason. We will collect them from you. Please see our Internet Returns Policy.

Delivery By Courier Service

Small items marked UK delivery can be delivered by courier service. Goods will be delivered within 5 to 7 days. Cost range will be from £4.00 depending on weight of item.

Large items of furniture marked National Delivery will be delivered within 21 days. Cost will be £20
