With Housing Unit’s local delivery service you can be confident that your goods will arrive in perfect condition. All our full time delivery employees have been fully trained to give the best possible service making your delivery day a pleasurable experience. We have over a dozen Housing Units delivery vehicles which operate throughout the North West every day. When your goods are ready for delivery we will telephone you to arrange a convenient date and time (am or pm) for delivery. We will assemble and position your furniture in the room of your choice and remove all packaging. With 65 years experience you can be rest assured that you will receive the best treatment.

Local Delivery Charges

Our internet price for local delivery is £25. Not all products on our website are available to buy online. When goods are purchased in the store you will be advised on the delivery charges.

Delivery By Courier Service

Small items marked UK Mainland will be delivered by courier service. Goods will be delivered Next Day* on orders placed before 11am. Cost will range from £4.00 depending on weight of item. Although we aim to deliver next day, on rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published time window.
*Next Day Delivery Exceptions Apply

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered Tuesday the following week

Rural Areas in the North of Scotland and the South of England, could take two to three days

Large items of furniture may take two to three days

Next day delivery is not available on Bank Holidays

Please note we deliver to the U.K Mainland only

Collect Goods

Place your order online and save the delivery charge by collecting your goods from our distribution centre. A member of the team will ring you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your order. Please note that goods ordered on-line after 12pm Saturday and all day Sunday can not be collected from the Distribution Centre till Monday. Goods ordered on Bank Holidays can be collected on the next available working day.

If your goods have arrived broken we do apologise, unfortunately accidents do happen from time to time. Please ring our Help Line and we will arrange for your goods to be collected.

The Goods are not suitable:
